Event Disclaimer
By participating in any events organized by the Los Angeles Mortgage Association ("LAMA"), you agree to the following:
LAMA events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Executive Board Members and Sponsors of LAMA events, assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity or otherwise. Participation in LAMA events is considered "at your own risk". All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the State of California.
You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of the Organizers for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of adminstrative or legal action arising our of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of the Organizers.
LAMA reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating in LAMA events should they choose not to accept the terms of this Agreement.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
BY PARTICIPATING IN LAMA EVENTS, YOU ARE GIVING UP ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE ORGANIZERS.
LAMA also reserves the right to post any photographs taken during the events on its website without prior permission of the individuals that are in the photographs. Discretion will be applied, where appropriate.
